Multi-user capabilities:

GuestCare can have any number of ordering terminals connected to an outlet where servers can be restricted only ordering and billing screen. Extensive security has been provided in the system for all the ordering Terminals where each server Id is required to access the system each time. Guest History Link enabled in the Point of Sale Module.

Remote printers:

No restriction in the number of printers. Every outlet setup in the system can have different printer/queue Names for Bills and order tickets. Captain orders can be routed to several printers/queues based on either Item type or outlet wise. This helps in printing the ordered items in different places within a hotel from where the item is serviced or prepared and also each outlet can have different printer/queue names.

Security of users and identities:

Every user in the system is identified with a user Ids and passwords. Access to each option in the system can be restricted to the only the options they need to access. As an example with relate to Points of Sale system, Cashiers can be restricted to only billing and settlement screen, while servers can be restricted to only Ordering screens and supervisors/managers can have access to all including reports and queries.
