INVENTORY MANAGEMENT & PURCHASEING:
Inventory Management system is used to computerization of resources. Our inventory systems are designed for any business that desires a complete control over stock levels and inventory tracking. E-Fact is designed for provide several inventory control systems for warehouse, offices, hotels, restaurants, bars, retail stores e.t.c and for automation of point of sale. Our systems are powerful but still easy-to-use software. We continually enhance our software and release updates periodically.
E-Fact is designed for user defined taxes like Vat, CST, Excise etc and tax types like Percentage, Flat and Slab. Automatically calculating Taxes and User defined Discounts. User can set/modify the item wise taxes (ex. Item1 as 0%, Item2 as 1%, Item3 as 4%, Item4 as 8%, item5 as 12% etc).
User definable stores for different types of items. Each store can have its own method of stock valuation (Weighted average). Item stock is automatically updated on ever receipt or issue of an item. Alerts are provided when stock reaches reorder levels or falls below the minimum levels. Templates for market lists can be created and use by each department to requisition for items they need. Vendor/Buyer analysis, and vendor /Buyer history are maintained and can be used for vendor selection before a purchase order is issued or Sales Order is issued.
