The maintenance module allows you to profile all engineering equipment in the property by location and attach a list of spares that are required. Maintenance schedule dates can be pre defined. Vendor /Manufacture’s details are part of the equipment information. A history of all equipment is maintained including the amount of spares used on each item. Interfaced with the Inventory module where stock of spares and consumables are maintained. Employee skill sets can be identified and distributed across shifts.
